History

The Martinez family did not get to the restaurant business by chance; their grandfather was a pioneer in Cala Millor, with one of the island’s most emblematic restaurants during the 1960s, the San Diego, with cooking worthy of the best table as well as attentive and friendly service, and which was a meeting place for important personalities.

Not to mention El Gallo, which changed the concept of the restaurant business in Mallorca. Therefore, one could say, that the background of the Martinez family, both in front of the stove and in the corporate restaurant world, comes to us with the best guarantees of professionalism.

Today, the tradition continues with tradition with the renowned “El Salmón” and “Sopranos” restaurants, which are located in the heart of Palmanova. In early 2012, the brothers Emiliano and Pepe opened their most recent restaurant. The Buffalo Tex Mex is a restaurant with an extensive menu of typical Mexican dishes.
